9/11 Twin Towers attack and Sathya Sai Baba’s claimed intervention!  Sathya Sai Organization affront to the 9/11 victims’ memory by claiming that Sathya Sai Baba intervened to save his members’ lives (not others’) and using that terrortist attack tragedy to promote their guru in a major meeting in St. Louis on September 11 (celebrating there Sathya sai baba’s birthday, which was not until 23 November!!)

The topdown hierarchy, with its many authoritarian rules and regulations, was ruled over by Sai Baba himself, whose decisions could never be changed or criticized, while he formally selected the top leaders. Since his death, this function has ceased, leading – no doubt – to  ever more manipulatory struggles for influence and power within it.
